WOWSC Members,

You should have received your notice of the annual member meeting, which will be Saturday, April 21st, with check in at 9:30 am at the Spicewood Community Center at 7901 Co Rd 404, Spicewood, Texas 78669.

Please review how your account name is listed on your envelope or billing, as the name listed on your account will determine who is allowed to vote for your membership. The name listed on your account must match the name on the property deed on file with the County. If there is a problem, please contact the billing office by April 10th so that we can get corrected in time for the meeting on the 21st. If you received more than one ballot in the mail, that will be corrected if you return more than one ballot.

As outlined in the tariff and the election procedures:

A member is entitled to only one vote regardless of the number of memberships the member owns.  A member may be a natural person; a partnership of two or more persons having a joint or common interest, including a married couple who jointly own property; or a corporation.

You should have also received your ballot for the election of 2 directors. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR BALLOT, CONTACT THE BILLING OFFICE. If you are unable to attend the meeting on the 21st, please either mail your original ballot in the return envelope that you received to WOWSC at 424 Coventry, Spicewood, 78669 or put it in the WOWSC payment box in the parking area near the Windermere Oaks Pavilion. Mailed or dropped off ballots must be received by noon on Friday, 4/20/18.

If you plan to attend the meeting and vote in person, you will need to check in at the meeting and you will receive a ballot for voting at the meeting. You will not use the ballot you received in the mail.
