This notice is provided in compliance with Article 7, Section 3 of the WOWSC Bylaws regarding notice of member meetings. Our Annual Members Meeting will be held on April 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Please note that there were three director positions open and only three applications were received therefore, there will be no director election held at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Click here to access Annual Members Meeting Agenda and click here to access the WOWSC Resolution of Unopposed Directors determining the 2026 election is uncontested and that no election is required. We hope to see you on April 26, 2026 at 9:00 am. at the Windermere Pavilion.

WOWSC has transitioned to a new operator, Patterson Water Corporation (PWC), who will serve as the permanent operator of the utility. While Central States Water Resources (CSWR) will ultimately own the system, PWC will handle all day-to-day operations and billing. Please continue to make payments using one of the following methods: Dropbox, PayStar, or by mail to 424 Coventry, Spicewood, Texas 78669, do not send to the Leander address.
Important: Due to this transition, payments are not due until April 20, 2026.
