Dear WOWSC Members, 

On Saturday March 19, the Windermere Oaks Water Supply Corporation conducted its annual meeting of the members and election for directors. 

 

In view of the uncontested race for the Place 4 Director position, the Presiding Director read a resolution previously passed at the February 7 meeting of the Board of Directors naming Marcus Vidrine as the new Board member for that position. 

 

For the Place 5 position, the Independent Election Auditor presented vote totals of 74 votes for Dorothy Taylor and 73 votes for Jeff Walker. The Auditor also noted that there are four provisional ballots.  The company is reviewing each of those four ballots with its legal counsel. When determinations are made, the company will update members.
