The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for our area.  Please review the attached NWS message and monitor local media outlets for updates.  The Winter Weather Warning has been issued for Thursday but could be extended.

1. Protect your exterior plumbing pipes with insulation and drip faucets.
2. Fill several containers with water for drinking just in case your water lines freeze.
3. Fill several containers (or tub) with water to use to flush toilets should your water lines freeze.
4. Know where your homeowner's water cutoff is located.
5. If you have a plumbing break and cannot turn off your water, call us and we will have a technician turn off the water at the meter.
6. Do not try to turn off the meter, this could cause serious damage to meter valves.
7. Do not forget to protect pets.
8. Check on your neighbors.
9. Avoid driving on icy roads.
